Principles?

Within our various, important social & local commitments, these Social/CSR Rewards reflect Heroica’s model of rewarding & valuing our local  farmers, our land owners, their communities

This the Heroica way of recognising, motivating, developing, rewarding our people – the farmers, landowners, partners, families – who are so important, to making Heroica inclusive, different and caring

Heroica has evolved from House of the Heroes (HotH) established by Heroica Founding Partner/CEO, Craig Johnson. This commitment to support those less fortunate is embedded in Heroica DNA.

What?

Farmer/land owner engagement & capacity building programme to instil increased local pride & ownership

This is an important Heroica initiative to support & motivate, to achieve greater input & pride, to enable increased achievement, to deliver new rewards & opportunities

Our ethical values/social ambitions are to support families & communities to achieve sustained improvement in their lives, education, opportunities, health and future well-being.
